The COAS schools have a Christian identity, based on the teachings of the Catholic Church that promote a coherent union between faith, thought and life.

Within their strictly civil legal framework, without being a centre of the Catholic Church and with great respect for freedom of conscience, the knowledge and practice of the faith and Catholic morals in accordance with the teachings of the Church and the principle of voluntarily engagement is promoted among the parents of the students, the teachers, the non-educational personnel, the students and the former students alike.

The students’ doctrinal education is undertaken by the teachers of religion and the chaplains whose appointment is requested of the Opus Dei.The religious education that is taught at our schools follows the guidelines of the Spanish Episcopal Conference for the subject of Religion.

The school community can go whenever it wants to seek personal spiritual attention which the Chaplaincy of the College provides.
